Four-dipole Antenna’s final installation at SV9L

On Sunday 13/9/2020, the final installation of the new antenna connected to Rethymno’s Digital Amateur Radio Repeater (DMR) with Callsign SV9L , was successfully completed at the Vrysina antenna park (Altitude: 620m) in Rethymnon.

The initial installation had been done about 6 months ago at a low height, so that the necessary tests and measurements could be made, while on Sunday the four-dipole antenna system was installed at its final point at 35 meters.

The DMR digital repeater belongs to the Union of Radio Amateurs Society of Crete (Rasc.gr) and the working frequencies are in the UHF spectrum. More information on access to the repeater can be found here: https://www.rasc.gr/anametadotes-kritis.html
